The Holiday Season is starting, and we are excited to present our 2025 Scholarship Winners. The South Bay Women’s Network will give Cuesta College educational scholarships to eight deserving women. We encourage both members and guests to join us in celebrating these outstanding individuals and discovering more about the future of SBWN.
This year’s presentation will take place at Brightside Pizza, 1236 Los Osos Valley Road, Los Osos on December 2nd, which is the second Tuesday of the month, at 6:00 pm. The venue is family-friendly, so we welcome the children of our recipients to come along.
Dinner menu includes:
- Margherita Pizza
- Florentine Pizza
- Pepperoni Pizza
- Garden Salad with choice of toppings
Dairy and gluten free options will be available. Non-alcholic beverages included. Wine and beer are available for purchase.
The potential scholarship recipients either applied themselves or were nominated. Each candidate must be a female re-entry student at Cuesta College, meaning she has returned to college after a break in her education after high school. The funds for these scholarships were raised through events like the Garden Party Scholarship Benefit, the Thelma & Louise Movie Fundraiser, and generous contributions from SBWN members and supporters.
